A deck rebuilt from the frame up, with the flashing and framing corrected, rotten boards replaced, and the whole thing tied into the pool deck so the two read as one.

The project
The deck had improper flashing and framing problems, and several boards had rotted.
We corrected the flashing and framing, replaced the rotten boards, and tied this deck into the homeowner's pool deck for a cohesive look. The footprint didn't change, but the finished deck feels noticeably larger.
